I am writing to send a formal note of appreciation. Over the past few days Morin has been called upon to make multiple changes to a ticket issued to one of our consultants. These changes required her to make multiple amendments to the ticket, suggest alternative routes (resulting in considerable savings when compared to the route which had been proposed by the consultant) and work long past her official work hours. She worked late into the night and over the weekend – in one instance she was forced to cancel her weekend plans to attend to yet another ticket change. All though, she carried out the work with professionalism and good humour.
