Tracking unused tickets: Did you know that a large portion of tickets go unused? We track unused tickets and notify the travelers of any value and deadline to use. We file the unused tickets in the travelers profile so we know each time they book, they have the option of filling for a refund of utilized tickets.
Reconciliation and Cost tracking: We can set up your account any way you like, providing detailed reports on the costs that are the most important to you.
Offering lowest and negotiated fares: We can keep a record of employee booking habits and note on the records if the travelers are declining the lowest fares and reasons. This will help you retain control of your expenses and be in the loop on ticket costs.
Vendor negotiations: We can work with vendors that your company uses frequently to help you negotiate a discounted rate. The same is true for airlines and car rental companies – everyone likes a loyal customer and we will be there to assist you in any negotiation!
